Career Connection is a global job placement and career development program designed to bridge the classroom and the work place. As an extension of the Cisco Networking Academy Program, Career Connection seeks to link Networking Academy students and graduates with employers who are looking for job-ready IT and Networking candidates. Program managers in each Theatre have developed a variety of models for supporting employer engagements which may include the use of recruitment agencies in some countries and/or an on line job board in others.
